Thomas L Sacco, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, has passed away at the age of 71. Thomas was born on August 13, 1952, in Alliance, Ohio, to his loving parents Arthur Sacco and Helen (Muhmelam) Sacco. He was the proud son of his hardworking father and caring mother.

Throughout his life, Thomas embarked on various careers that showcased his dedication and hard work. He was as a welder and an oil rigger. For many years, he worked at Broadway Iron Metal, where he left a lasting impression with his exceptional skills and strong work ethic. Outside of work, Thomas cherished spending time with family and friends. He especially treasured their company during holidays and family gatherings where he would share stories from his past adventures. His warm presence made everyone feel welcome and loved. He also enjoyed Harley Davidson. 

Although Thomas achieved success in his professional pursuits, it was his personal qualities that truly touched the hearts of those around him. Described as loved by his nieces and nephews, he had a natural talent for storytelling and could captivate an entire room with his words. His sense of humor brought joy to countless lives, as he always found a way to make people laugh even during challenging times.

Thomas was a high school graduate who valued education and knowledge. Despite not pursuing higher education, he was an avid reader who constantly sought opportunities to broaden his understanding of the world around him. One of Thomas's proudest accomplishments was being a professional golden glove boxer in Alliance. His passion for boxing led him to write a book about the sport, showcasing not only his talent but also his love for sharing stories through the written word.

Sadly, after fighting a courageous 30-year battle with Parkinson's disease, Thomas passed away on November 17, 2023. His passing leaves behind a void in the hearts of all who knew him. Although he faced many challenges throughout his life, he never lost his determination or positive spirit.

Thomas will be dearly missed by his surviving family, including his daughter Veronica (Joshua) Rust, who brought him immense joy and pride. He is also survived by his brother Bob (Diane) Sacco, brother Ron (June) Sacco, sister Rhonda (Tim) McCully, sister Rita Sacco, and a host of grandchildren: Draven Coe, Lonnie Coe, Vincent Rust, Oliver Rust, and Isaac Rust. He is reunited with his parents, Arthur and Helen. He is also preceded in death by his sisters Cindy (Sacco) Shetler and Debra Sacco.

Funeral services to celebrate Thomas L Sacco's life will be held at Dean's Funeral Home located at 256 W Ohio Ave, Sebring, OH 44672 on November 27, 2023. The visitation will begin at 11:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at 12:00 PM. It is an opportunity for friends and family to pay their respects and support each other during this challenging time.
