That wandering spirit eventually found its home when she met Dusty. He grounded her like no one else, and together they built a life filled with love, companionship, and countless memories. Dusty remained faithfully by her side until her final moments and will miss her deeply.
Penny found joy in life's simple pleasures. Her beloved dog, Buster, was rarely far from her side as she spent time playing computer games and watching her favorite soap operas. She also loved trips to the casino, where she often shared laughter and good times with her mother-in-lawand dear friend, Eileen Best, who was always ready for a gambling adventure.

Though she never had any children of her own, she loved her nieces and nephews as if they were her own. Being close in age to may of them, she was oftenjust as much a sister, friend, and confidant as she was an aunt.
She was preceeded in death by her parentsEleanor "Peg' Miller and Raymond Miller, and her sisters, Polly( Elmo) Hawkins, and Lynnie (Sonny) Green and her Father in Law Robin Wright Sr.
Penny will be remembered for her quick wit, spirited personality, generous heart, and the love she shared with those around her. Her laughter, stories, and unique outlook on life will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her.
Forever in our hearts, lovingly remembered, and never forgotten.

A Celebration of Life will be announced. Arrangements are entrusted to Dean's Funeral Home.
