Ronald E. Riggs Sr. was born June 1, 1952 to the late Ottis and Mary Riggs in Ravenna, Ohio. Ron was called home to be with the Lord, on April 30, 2022, surrounded by his loving family at his home in Sebring, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his sister; Edna Mergenthaler, brother; Ottis J. Riggs, brother-in-laws, John Smith, Joe Huff, Jim Ulman, and sister-in laws; Sue Gelmini, and Vera Buffington. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Norina M. Riggs, three sons; Ronald (Dana) E. Riggs Jr., Gary L. Riggs, Nicholas (Amy) Riggs, ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren; three sisters; Debbie Davis, Elaine (Sean) Morrow, Peggy Wright, and several nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, and extended family.

Ron's hobbies included playing pool, throwing darts, bowling, and fishing, working on cars, wheeling and dealing cars, playing cards, and traveling. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

A Graveside Funeral Service will be held, Friday May 6, 2022 at Highland Memorial Park. Dean's Funeral Home with his son Ron Riggs Jr. officiating. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Cemetery. Friends and family may share their online condolences at www.deansfuneralhome.com.
