Ottis J. Riggs Jr; age 58 went home with the Lord on January 3, 2021, with his loving family by his side. He was born July 6, 1962 in Alliance, Ohio to the late Ottis and Mary (Stone) Riggs Sr. Ottis worked over 17 years at the Alliance Recycling Center. He was a God bearing man that enjoyed his Harley Motorcycle, fishing, working on vehicles, and travelling. Ottis loved his nieces and nephews. He loved his friends and family and he will be loved and missed by many. He is survived by his Fiancée; Sherry Carpenter. Sisters: Peggy Wright, Elaine Riggs- Morrow, and Debbie Davis. Brother: Ron Riggs. Step Children: David Cooper, Thomas Fish, and Dustin Fish. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Edna Mergenthaler. A funeral service will take place on Friday, January 8, 2021 at  6pm at Dean's Funeral home located at 256 W. Ohio Ave, Sebring, Ohio.
