Kathleen Chiles

KATHLEEN (KATHY) I. CHILES, 68 of Sebring, Ohio passed away on February 11, 2021 at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital.  Born in Canton, Ohio to Wayne and Dorothy Conner, she moved to the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area after graduating from Marlington High School in 1970; where she achieved a Bachelor of Science from Shippensburg University and pursued a lifelong love of plants by working to become a Certified Master Gardener.

She worked and retired from Sprint and several years ago she and her husband moved back Ohio to be closer to family, where they enjoyed their time at Copeland Oaks in Sebring, Ohio. She loved to discuss the recent travel adventures experienced by her family, shopping for all things shiny and spending time with family and her beloved husband JB.

She is survived by her son, Rob Snyder (Ning), grandsons Jack and Parker Snyder, siblings Mike Conner (Camela), Becky Blinks (John), Doris Haidet, Jim Conner (Tracy) and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband JB Chiles, whom she married in 1983 and her parents. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in her honor to the following charities: the Shriner’s Hospital for Children; Angels for Animals at 4750 S Range, Canfield, OH; the National Fibromyalgia Association; or the American Cancer Society.
