Dennis Young

Dennis Young passed away peacefully on Friday, January 15, 2021. He was born on January 5, 1946 to the late Fred and Minnie Young. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Robert. Survivors include his wife, Shirley of 55 years, daughters; Darlene Young, Beth Lohman, and Cathleen (George) Young and son; Michael Young. Sisters; Jill Leipply, Jana Zwingler, and Karen McCartney; nine grandchildren; and one great grandson. Denny was a 1964 graduate of Lisbon High School. He enjoyed bowling, golf, and computers. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. Above all Denny will be remembered for his sense of humor. He had the unique ability to make everyone laugh and smile. The family would like to thank the staff at Kent Healthcare for their care of Denny over the past nine years and Sterling Hospice for their care and support.
