Viola A Warner

Viola A Warner, dedicated homemaker throughout life passed away on July 15, 2024, at McCrea Manor Alliance She was born on June 3, 1933, in Maximo Ohio, to Lawrence Lucille (Polus) Rupp. Viola graduated from Louisville High School in 1952.Viola was a homemaker most of her life but did work in the laundry department at Alliance City Hospital and for Sugar and Spice Bakery. 

In her leisure, Viola enjoyed bowling at the College Plaza Lanes on the Dark Shadows and Bowling Bags Woman's Leagues and various Saturday night mixed leagues. She also liked crocheting and coloring as a form relaxation. She enjoyed sports, including baseball, football and college basketball especially (Duke and Coach K).

Viola preceded in death by her husband, Carl "Fred Warner and her parents Lawrence and Lucille (Polus) Rupp. She is also preceded in death by her siblings: Lenoard Rupp, Loretta Wisse, Eugene Rupp, Bernice Fernandez, Irene White, Charles Rupp, Frank Rupp, Ken Rupp, Lawerence Rupp Jr., Robert Rupp and Mary Minor. She is by her survived by her son Thomas (Diane) Warner, daughter Carla Warner, sister Rita Hornsby, sisters-in-law Mary and Betty Rupp, as well many nieces, nephews, and friends.

The services to honor Viola's life will be held on July 22, 2024. The viewing will take place from 1100 AM to 1:00 PM followed by the funeral service at Almost Event Center in Sebring, 230 S 12th Street Sebring, Ohio at 1:00 PM. The burial will take place at Highland Memorial Gardens at 2:00 PM on the same day. in lieu, of flowers or planters' donations can be made in her honor to Lexington Township Fire Department, 14555 Gaskill Drive NE, Alliance, Ohio 44601.  Arrangements are entrusted to Dean's Funeral Home Sebring, Ohio.
