She was born December 26, 1965 to the late Robert and Mary (Noble) Raga.
Robbin loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed horses, butterflies, motorcycles, and playing cards with her friends. Robbin was and Administrative Support for Coleman Health Services. She was a 1984 graduate of West Branch High School.
Robbin leaves behind to cherish her memories, her husband: Richard Balluh. Daughter: Nicole (Rob Renz) Davis. Son: John M. (Chelsea Howells) Davis. Sisters: Florence Hallett and Donna Raga. Several Step children and step grandchildren. Grandchildren: Aubree, Bodhi, Gunner, Benson, and Gatlin.
Per family request a private funeral has taken place.
