Renita A. Gibbons, age 72, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2026. She was born on October 5, 1953 in Alliance, Ohio, to Ralph and Ruby Gibbons.

Renita cherished spending time with her friends and family. She participated in mission trips to Guatemala and was a longtime member of Canton Friends Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Ralph Gibbons Jr.

Renita is survived by her brother, Roger (Crystal) Gibbons; her nieces, Mariah Gibbons, Victoria Gibbons, Megan Smith and Macayla Williams and great nieces McKenna Smith, and Zoey Smith; and great nephew, Carter Smith.
