Ralph E Clayton,  passed away on January 14, 2026, at Canterbury Villa in Alliance, Ohio. He was born on October 29, 1960, in Glen Dale, West Virginia. Ralph lived a life filled with passion for both his profession and his personal interests.

Ralph dedicated a significant portion of his career to the auto repair industry, proudly representing Pep Boys, where he applied his skills and knowledge to help countless customers. His commitment to quality work and service left a lasting impression on those who had the privilege of working alongside him and those who relied on his expertise.

A graduate of John Marshall High School, Class of 1979, Ralph carried the values he learned in his education throughout his life, exemplifying determination and hard work. 

Outside of work, Ralph was known for his love of the outdoors. He cherished moments spent hunting and fishing, embracing the tranquility and thrill that nature provided. Additionally, he found joy in attending truck and tractor pulls, celebrating the feats of engineering and camaraderie they brought to his community.

Ralph leaves behind a loving family who will miss him dearly. He is survived by his wife, Cathy; his son, Chase (Kaitlin) Clayton; his father, Raymond Clayton; and his sister, Debbie (Ben) Fincher. Ralph also had a special bond with his nephews, Josh (Charlotte) Wood and Todd (Nicole) Fincher, along with other extended family members who held him in their hearts.

He was predeceased by his mother, Edith Mae Anderson, and by his grandparents, Ida and Earl Clayton, as well as Arizona, Ralph Anderson his uncle, Ralph Clayton, his aunt, Sara Clayton, and his nephew, Scott Wood.

Per his request, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Dean's Funeral Home, Sebring, Ohio.
