Nancy Heckman

Beloit: Nancy Jane (Schalles) Heckman, 80, of Beloit suddenly passed away Monday, November 03 at her home. She was born September 11, 1934 in Pittsburgh, PA to Fred Schalles and Dorothy Kulak Preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Howard Heckman in April 2014. Nancy was a spiritual advisor and a retired dog groomer and seamstress. She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her friends. She was a member of St. Paul's Church in Alliance. She is survived by children, Cynthia McNemar, Karen (James) Rice, Patricia Heckman, Joyce (Ronald) Flenniken, Rebecca (Paul) Brown, Robert McNemar Jr; Sherrie Smith and Daniel (Jennifer) McNemar. 16 grandchildren, 22 great- grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren and 2 nieces. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation at www.nationalmssociety.org or make out to National MS Society, PO Box 4527, New York, NY 10163 A Memorial Service will be held, Friday 11-07-2014. 2 to 4 pm at Dean's Funeral Home.
