Monetha Jarvis

Monetha Jarvis, age 79 passed away on August 3,2019 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born March 5, 1940, the daughter of the late Charles and Carnel (King) Newman.
Monetha was a homemaker. She was a former Sunday School teacher for South Baptist Church. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed gardening and leopard prints.
She is survive by two daughters: , Misti Jarvis, and Amanda Rhea. Son: Jeff Allan Jarvis. Sisters: Willie Bishop and Jenny Haswell. Brothers: Grafton Newman and Nathan Newman. Eight Grandchildren and Two Great- Grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jarvis. Sister Carolyn Newman and Barbra Newman. Brothers: Allen Newman and Aubrey Newman and daughter Therese Summers.

Per her request there will be no public services.
