Lloyd Dean Courtney

Lloyd Dean Courtney (Skeeter) left to be with our lord and savior on Thursday, November 2^nd, 2023. 

He was born in Alliance, Ohio on October 30^th 1957 the son of Floyd Courtney and Joyce (Hoyle) Courtney.

During his life, Lloyd enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, and most importantly spending time with his family.  He brightened up every room that he walked into, he was friendly and outgoing and he made friends everywhere that he went. 

He found his true calling as a truck driver and was employed by Dart Trucking for most of his career.  He spent his days calling family to tell them about what he was able to see that day, he enjoyed traveling the countryside and seeing new places.

Lloyd leaves behind to cherish his memories his loving wife of 43 years, Tammy Courtney.  Survivors also include his children, Ryan (LouAnna) Courtney of Sebring, and Nicole Pastier of Canfield.  Grandchildren Steven (Savanna) Stinson, Seth Courtney, Gabriella Pastier, Gavin Pastier, Maverick Courtney, and Carter (great grandchild) as well as Long time close friends Tina (Ron) Sponseller that were more like family.

He is preceded in death by his mother Joyce (Hoyle) Courtney, and father Floyd Courtney.

A memorial service will be held on Monday November 20^th from 4-7pm at the Sebring American Legion.
