Leigh A Worley

Leigh Ann Worley, a loving mother, daughter, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 26th, 2026, at the age of fifty-six, in the care of Aultman Compassionate Care, after a long battle with metastatic breast cancer.

She is survived by her children, Paige and Joey, her devoted mother, Cherie, her siblings, Lori and Terry, and many friends whose lives she touched in countless ways. A hardworking business owner of Fine Finish Cleaning, Leigh Ann’s grit and determination kept her working well into her illness, showing true dedication to her craft. Her time at the Alliance Courthouse brought her cherished professional and personal relationships. Her commitment to her work was matched only by her faith. Her St. Paul’s Lutheran Church family kept her spirits high, and she often displayed a wall full of well-wisher cards, saying she felt every single prayer. Those who knew her best will remember her love of rock music, her sharp humor, and her fierce independence. She was a warrior to the end and will be deeply missed.

A funeral service will be held on February 3, 2026, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 3295 S Union Ave, Alliance, Ohio 44601, with Pastor Tim Muse officiating. Services are entrusted to Dean’s Funeral Home, Sebring, Ohio.
