In Loving Memory of Kenneth H. Harper

Kenneth H. Harper, 69, of Alliance, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on August 30, 2025. He was born on October 26, 1955, in Ravenna, Ohio, to the late William and Irma (Soss) Harper. To know Kenneth was to know a man who loved deeply and always put family first. He attended Waterloo High School and later worked as a rubber mill operator, retiring from Enterprise Rubber. Kenneth’s greatest joys weren’t found in work—they were found on the open road riding his motorcycle, by the water with a fishing pole in his hand, watching his grandchildren play, and around the table during family game nights filled with laughter and love. On June 19, 1982, Kenneth married his beautiful wife, Karen Harper. Together they built a life full of love, laughter, and family. He was the father of Andy (Megan) Harper, with children Zachary and Katie, and the late Jamie Harper, both from a previous marriage. Together with Karen, Kenneth was the proud father of Kelly (John) Hightland, with children Izak, Destiny, Dylan, Faith, Hope, and the late Rockne; Kevin (Sara) Harper, with children Bailey, Adella, Layla, CJ, and Xander; and Keith Harper, with children Bella and Gracie. Kenneth now rests peacefully in heaven, reunited with his son Jamie, grandson Rockne, and his faithful dog, Harley. His legacy lives on in the memories he created and the family he cherished. A Celebration of Life will be held on November 1, 2025, from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Silver Park Log Cabin, 2930 S. Union Avenue, Alliance, Ohio. Condolences to the family may be mailed to 839 N.
