Justin Wayne Rockwell, born on October 10, 1989, passed away on May 18, 2026. He was a dedicated and hardworking individual with a versatile skill set in general labor, capable of handling any task placed before him. Justin’s passions extended beyond his work; he was an avid coin collector with a keen eye for fashion, known for his impeccable taste in watches, shoes, and jewelry. A true die-hard Steelers fan, he also found enjoyment in gambling, embracing life’s moments with enthusiasm and dedication.

Justin is survived by a loving family who will carry forward his memory and spirit. His mother, Kimberly Frederick, along with her fiancé, Jim Dawson, stand alongside his father, Gary Rockwell, in mourning this profound loss. Justin’s siblings—Edward (Jessica) Kolisar Jr., Takota (Chelsea) Frederick, reflect the close bond shared among the family. His grandparents Lou Adams and Sue Perkins remain pillars of support during this difficult time.

The family also remembers those who preceded Justin in death, including his grandmother Nettie Rockwell, grandfather Ross Rockwell, grandmother Edith Dawson, uncle Joseph Perkins, grandfather Kenneth Perkins, great-grandparent Calvin Perkins, and cousins Angelica Perkins, Justin Ward, and Jonathan Augustein.
