Juanita Quinlan, a lifelong resident of Ohio, passed away on May 28, 2026, at Altercare of Alliance following a period of declining health. Born on May 25, 1938, in Youngstown, Ohio, Juanita lived a life marked by dedication to her family and community.

Juanita is survived by her devoted husband, Ronald Quinlan; her loving sons Jeff, Greg, and Gary Garlock; and her stepdaughters Mary Quinlan and Michelle O'Connor. She also leaves behind her sisters Judith (Will) Saunders of Alliance and Jackie Lewis of Canton. Her legacy continues through several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will remember her fondly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Helen and Dale White; her stepfather, Merle Morris; her former husbands, Jerry Garlock, Joe Hartley, and Bud Settle; as well as her sisters Patricia Dale and Nicki Palmer.

A member of New Hope Church, Juanita’s faith and community involvement were among her proudest accomplishments. Her life was a testament to her resilience and commitment to those she loved.

The family will receive friends and family for a viewing on May 30, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Dean’s Funeral Home, located at 256 W Ohio Ave, Sebring, Ohio. A funeral service will immediately follow at 12:00 p.m. at the same location. Burial services will be held on June 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit, Ohio.
