Joyce Ann Guy, 84, of Ravenna, Ohio, passed away peacefully on 07/12/2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on April 29, 1942, Joyce spent her entire life in the Alliance/Ravenna communities, where she was known for her kind heart, love of family, and caring spirit.

Joyce was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Patsy Guy, as well as her siblings, Carl Roosa, Charles Roosa, Herbert Roosa, and Elmer Roosa.

She is survived by her loving children, Matthew (Marcie) Guy, Monte (Mary) Guy, Mindy Ury, Jamie (Angie) Guy, and Ryan (Jen) Guy. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to nine grandchildren and a treasured great-grandmother to six great-grandchildren, with one more on the way. She is also survived by her siblings, Lois George, Carrol Ferrara, Butch Roosa, Dave Roosa, Rick Roosa, Sherry Schillig, and Susie Reed, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Joyce found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved spending time in her garden, caring for her flowers, and never passed up the opportunity to enjoy a game of bingo. Above all else, she cherished every moment spent with her family, who were the center of her life.

She will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, unwavering love, and the countless memories she created with those fortunate enough to know her. Her gentle presence and loving heart will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A celebration of Joyce's life will be held at the Shearer Community Center 9355 Newton Falls Rd Ravenna, OH 44266, Saturday July 18, 2026, at 1 pm. Family and friends will gather to honor and celebrate a life filled with love, devotion, and lasting memories. Arrangements are entrusted to Dean’s Funeral Home Sebring, Ohio.
