John Fellure

John L. Fellure, age 80, of Alliance passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born October 12, 1941, to the late Willard and Louella (Spriggs) Fellure. John graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1958. He then joined the United States Navy. He was honorably discharged in 1962. John was an over the road driver for Yellow Freight and other outfits. He belonged to the Teamsters and loved his job.  John's hobbies included working on cars and taking them to car shows, where he won multiple awards. John belonged to the VFW Auxiliary, in Sebring, Florida, where he spent half his time, loving it, for the last 20 years. John was always the life of the party, or any get together. He leaves behind his wife Linda Matthews, of 58 years, his sons; Wesley (Annette), Casey, grandchildren; Mike, John, Aaron, Alix, Tiffany, great-grandchildren; Cameron, McKenna, Emery, Emma, Hannah, and Jayden. Sisters; Sharon Gilkinson, Helen Renee, brothers; Randy (Yvonne), and several nieces, nephews, and many extended family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bill. Per his request cremation will take place. Friends and family may share their online condolences at Arrangements are entrusted to Dean's Funeral Home Sebring, Ohio. A Memorial service will take place Sunday August 28, 2022, at 2pm at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
