George Eric Hall, age 67, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Aultman Woodlawn – Aultman Women’s Board Compassionate Care Center in Canton, Ohio. He was born on June 6, 1958, in Alliance, Ohio, to Virginia Sue (Miller) and William Harvey Hall Jr.

A 1976 graduate of West Branch High School. George took great pride in his work, in his younger years he was a pipefitter for the Local Union 669. George also worked for Atlantic Pools, being dedicated, skilled, and committed to doing every job to perfection.

George lived his life to the fullest. He especially cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren—his pride, joy, and entire world. He would do anything and everything for those three.

George is survived by his daughter, Casey (Shawn) Moran of Orlando, Florida; his son, Jason “Jake” (Jen) Hall of Canton, Ohio; and his three beloved grandchildren, Ryleigh, Jase, and Brynleigh. He is also survived by his siblings: William “Mike” Hall of Sebring; James “Pat” (Sue) Hall of Beloit; Fred Hall of Tampa, Florida; and Jennie Sue Gibbons of Akron, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Stephen C. Hall.

There will be no formal services, but a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
