Gary Roland

Gary Roland age 69, passed away March 13, 2023, at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born November 11, 1953, to Russell and Donna Roland.  He is survived by his wife of 38 years; Mildred “Micky” Roland. Gary was her great protector. She was also the love of his life, and he treated her like a queen. Mother; Donna Roland, Daughters; Tonya (Donnie) Stokes, Denise (Eric) Jacobsen, Cyndi (Matt) Jacobs, Son; Fred (Becky) Tessanne, grandchildren; Nick (Shannon), Josh (Sarah), Jon (Kylie), Tyler, Ryan, Chris, Cassidy, Frankie, bubba, Hunter, and Zach. Great-Grandchildren; Logan, Macen, Kelsi, Jasen, Nate, Nash, Kaden, Tristin, sister; Marie Roland, any many extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father; Russell Roland and a daughter; Tina Roland. Gary was a 1973 graduate of Louisville Highschool. He retired after 30 years from Timken Company in Canton. He had many hobbies including fishing, woodworking, photography, astronomy, camping, boating, mowing lawns, grilling, and frequenting wineries. He loved his family especially his grandkids. He loved helping those in his neighborhood and always knew the latest happenings. He will be greatly missed by all the lives he touched.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Friends and family may share their online condolences at www.deansfuneralhome.com.
