Frank Rowan

Frank P. Rowan, age 55, passed away suddenly on January 26, 2023. He was born May 8, 1967, in Youngstown Ohio to the late Norman and Mary (Newsome) Rowan.

Frank was a graduate of Alliance High School. He spent most of his life working on and painting cars. He enjoyed riding dirt bikes, fishing, playing football and the Cleveland Browns. His greatest love was his family. He will always be remembered as a "Great Father". He will be severely missed by Sheree and Frankie.
Frank leaves behind to cherish his memory: Son: Frankie Rowan. Daughter: Sheree Rowan. Brother: Garrett (Angie) Rowan and ex-wife Robin Rowan.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Alliance Free Will Baptist Church, located at 731 Buckeye Ave, Alliance, Ohio 44601. Services are entrusted to Dean's Funeral Home. Friends and family may send their condolences to www. deansfuneralhome.com
