Elaine K. Ringen, a beloved member of the Atwater community, passed away peacefully at her home on January 7, 2026, surrounded by cherished memories and the love of her family. Born on April 26, 1951, in Alliance, Elaine was a vibrant spirit who touched the lives of those around her.

A dedicated bartender at The Eagles in Alliance, Elaine had an extraordinary gift for making friends and connecting with people from all walks of life. Her big heart and giving nature made her a beloved figure in the community, and her infectious laughter brought joy to many. As a member of the Dante Club, she found camaraderie and friendship among fellow club members, further enriching her life and those around her.

Elaine's passions extended far beyond her career. She had a profound love for animals, an appreciation for music that filled her home with warmth, and a green thumb that made her garden a sanctuary for the creatures of nature. Her artistic touch and nurturing personality were reflected in everything she did, whether she was tending to her plants or creating beautiful moments for her family and friends.

She leaves behind her loving son, John Glekler and his partner Connie Wardrop; her daughter Sonya Bowman and her partner Charles Billock; and her daughter April Glekler. Elaine's legacy continues through her grandchildren, Mandy, John Jr., Jon Glekler, David Roberts Jr., and Aidyn Miller, as well as her 3 great-grandchildren. She also held a special place in her heart for her family members, Cindy and Brittany, who provided unwavering support and companionship.

Though saddened by her absence, her family takes comfort in the knowledge that Elaine is reunited with her beloved husband, Rick Ringen, her Grandson Hunter, special family member Tina Powers and her five siblings in a peaceful place in Heaven.

Elaine K. Ringen's vibrant spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched. She will be deeply missed, remembered for her generous heart, her love of life, and the countless memories she created with those she loved. Arrangements are entrusted to Dean's Funeral Home Sebring, Ohio.
