Diana L Nuzum

Diana L Nuzum, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home on August 24, 2023. She was born on September 19, 1955, in Alliance, Ohio to Virgil Montgomery and Betty Wade. 

Diana was a woman of many talents and interests. She had a gift for making people laugh and brought joy to all those around her with her funny jokes and infectious laughter. She also had a passion for baking and cooking delicious meals for her loved ones. Diana found solace in reading the Bible, deriving inspiration from its timeless wisdom. Playing cards and watching the Food Network were among her favorite pastimes.

Family was everything to Diana, and she cherished the time spent with her loved ones. Her husband Robert was her rock and companion throughout their journey of marriage. They were wed on June 6, 1981, and their love stood the test of time. Diana's children held a special place in her heart. Melissa (Micah) Haddad, Shannon Nuzum, Phillip (Kristina) Nuzum, Darren (Amber) Nuzum were blessed to call her their mother. Her grandchildren Courtland, Cannon, Owen, Lilyana, Nevaeh, Genesis, and Giada were the light of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Penny (James) Mosier.

Diana's warm nature extended beyond her immediate family. She cherished the bond she shared with her sister Penny (James) Mosier and valued the importance of family connections.

In addition to creating beautiful memories with her loved ones, Diana also left an indelible impact on her community. She will forever be remembered for her kind-heartedness and selflessness.

Friends and family are invited to join in honoring Diana's life at Dean's Funeral Home located at 256 W Ohio Ave in Sebring, Ohio. The visitation will take place on August 30th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by the funeral service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A burial will then be held at Alliance City Cemetery located at 541 W Vine St in Alliance, Ohio, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Diana L Nuzum will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her vibrant spirit, infectious laughter, and loving nature will be cherished in the hearts of her family and friends forever. May she rest in eternal peace.
