Debra Lynn (Coy) Maxwell, 69, of Alliance passed away surrounded by family on July 29, 2026. She was born in Alliance, Ohio, on December 5, 1956, to the late Virgil and Verna (Yingling) Coy.

Debra was a graduate of Marlington High School.

She is survived by her sister, Cheryl (Coy) Whitaker; daughters Michelle Maxwell, Melissa (Maxwell) Wiedlebacher and Melinda (Maxwell) Ramsey. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Amber Drake, Alexander Maxwell, Hannah Wiedlebacher, Kaleb Wiedlebacher, Logan Ramsey, and Cameron Ramsey; and great-grandchildren Luna Carver and Sebastian Carver.
