Daniel Terrell

Alliance:

Daniel Terrell, age 86 passed away on January 20, 2019 following a long illness. He was born May 23, 1932 in Alliance ,Ohio to Harman and Hassie (Steven) Terrell. He was a member of New Zion Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Army. He was employed as a chainman at American Steel and enjoyed fishing, playing lottery, watching Cleveland Browns and was a strong family man.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Janet (Brown) Terrell, whom he married in 1964.

Sons: James (Star) Terrell of Georgia, Lemoine Brown of Alliance, Leonard Terrell of Canton, Lovell Terrell of Kuwait, and Daniel (Michelle) Terrell of Alliance.

Twenty- Two Grandchildren and Seventeen Great- Grandchildren.

Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his first wife, Emma Terrell. Sisters: Rose Dorsey, Charlie Belle Wright, and Elizabeth Terrell. Brothers: Walter (Georgia) Terrell, Isiah Terrell, Amis Terrell, Harman Terrell Jr; Davis and Joel Terrell.

A graveside service will be held, Friday January 25, 2019 at 11 am. The service will be held at Alliance City Cemetery Chapel. Pastor Bobby Williams will officiate the service. A memorial cookout will be held later this summer.
