Cynthia Louise Seem

Cynthia Louise Seem, 63, passed away on June 15, 2026.  Cynthia’s life was marked by both challenges and resilience. For many years, she faced mental health struggles with courage and determination. Though her journey was often difficult, she was deeply loved by her family and all who knew her. Her life stands as a reminder of the importance of compassion, understanding, and support for those living with mental illness.  

She was the beloved wife of David Seem and a devoted mother to Tabitha (Michael) Johns and Jessica (Kevin) Saunders. A proud grandmother to Grace and Emma, they brought immense joy to her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them.  

Cynthia is also survived by her brothers, Richard Johnson Jr., Roy Johnson, and Domenic Bell (Donette); her sisters, Mary Serratta (John) and Kim Bush (Jim); as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.  

She was preceded in death by her mother, Caroline Johnson; her father, Richard Johnson Sr.; her stepmother, Mae Johnson; her son, Michael McRoberts; and her brother, Raymond Bell.  

Those who knew Cynthia will remember her for her unique spirit, her kindness, the love she shared with family and friends, and the lasting impact she had on those around her. While her life was not without hardship, she continued moving forward through life’s many ups and downs. Her family finds comfort in knowing she is now at peace and free from the struggles she carried for so long.  The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all who showed Cynthia kindness, compassion, and support throughout her life. In accordance with her wishes, no public services will be held, and her family will honor and remember her privately.
