Cynthia Muniz

Cynthia Ann (Weizenecker) Muniz, 70, of Alliance, passed away on Thursday, February 29th at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital in Canton surrounded by family. 
Cindi was born on October 18, 1953, in Alliance. She was a 1973 graduate of Marlington High School. She married Art Muniz on September 15, 1973, and together they owned and operated Muniz Greenhouses and Garden Shop for many years.
Cindi enjoyed arrowhead hunting, her flowers and spending time with their grandchildren. 
Survivors include her husband of 51 years Art Muniz, son Nathan Muniz, wife Rachel, and their children Braden and Chase, son Neil Muniz, wife Jessica, and their children Niah and Tallie; Sisters Gloria (Mike) Vargovic, Cheryle (Gary) Bailey and Sharon (Jason) Hoyt; brother, Gary Weizenecker, sister-in-law, Debbie Weizenecker, several nieces and nephews and Sydney Townes who was more of a daughter than a niece. 
She was preceded in death by her parents Gerald Gene and Elaine (Stowe) Weizenecker.
Graveside services for family and friends will be on March 22, at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Union Cemetery in Alliance. Arrangements are entrusted to Dean's Funeral Home Sebring, Ohio.
