Connie Sue Rhoads, age 76 of Sebring, passed away Tuesday morning December 17, 2024, in Salem Regional Hospital. She was born on February 2, 1948, in Salem to Bill and Edna (Haberland) Fryfogle. She was a 1966 graduate of West Branch High School and Hannah E Mullins school of Nursing in Salem. During her nursing career she had been employed by Alliance Community Hospital and Premier Health Associates of Minerva.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Howard Rhoads; Children Jenny Petkash of Sebring and Chad Rhoads (Krista) of Martinsville, Virginia; Her sister, Jackie Augustein (Chuck) of Sebring; Three grandchildren, Evan Petkash, Joshua Petkash and Alex Petkash. She is also survived by special friends Janet Venables, Glenda Sharp and special cousin Joyce McKeown.
