Autie F Cassidy, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his devoted family on September 10, 2023. He was born on October 18, 1953, in the charming town of West Liberty, Kentucky. Autie will be remembered for his kind heart, warm smile, and his love for his family.

Autie's hobbies and interests were as diverse as they were delightful. He had a passion for fishing and spent many peaceful days casting his line into tranquil lakes and rivers. Autie also had a unique collection of hats that he cherished dearly. His appreciation for good food was evident in his love for cooking and eating fish and taco salad. In quieter moments, he would often be found watching television or enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch.

One of Autie's proudest accomplishments was marrying his loving wife Diana on December 17, 1971. Their marriage was built upon a foundation of love, respect, and unwavering support for each other. Together, they created a beautiful family that brought them immense joy and happiness.

Autie's love knew no bounds when it came to his children and grandchildren. Every moment spent with them brought him immeasurable happiness. Autie is survived by his dedicated wife Diana Cassidy; their loving daughters Shonna Sheaks and Tonya (Ronald) Campbell; their adored grandchildren Tyler (Raylyn) Campbell, Terry (Crystal) Cassidy, Kaevaun (Morgan)  Campbell, Robert (Jill) Sheaks; and their cherished great-grandchildren Raelynn, Max, Alan, Junior, Leelynd, Andy, and Hunter.

Autie's memory will forever be engraved in the hearts of those who knew him best. He leaves behind a legacy filled with love, laughter, and moments cherished together with family. As we mourn his passing, let us take comfort in the countless memories we shared with this remarkable man.

In honoring Autie's life today, we celebrate the joy he brought to all those around him. Though his physical presence may be gone, his spirit will continue to inspire and guide us. Rest in peace, Autie F Cassidy. You will be deeply missed and never forgotten. The family would like to give a special thanks to Aultman Hospice and their staff for their dedicated, compassionate care. Services will be held at a later date.
