Eva B. Watkins, 69, of Alliance, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 2, 1949 in Alliance, Ohio, to Mary (Rouse) and Lewis Francis Scott Sr.

She attended Maranatha Ministries and Abiding Grace in Sebring. She enjoyed cooking for family gatherings. She was a passionate animal lover and an avid bingo player.

Survivors include her husband, Delbert C. Watkins Sr. whom she married January 1, 1984; daughters, Melisha M. (James) McAlister of Hartville, Michelle L. (Joseph) Acierni, Tammy L. (John) Connell of Alliance; sons Ronald L. (Lisa) Moore Jr. of Austintown and Robert L. (Andrea) Moore of Alliance; step daughters, Teresa (Allen) Early, Deb (Gary) Stephens, Michelle (George) Lozier; twenty grandchildren, Jessica, Charlie, Jamie, Bradley, Kristan, Bobby Jr., Catherine, Stephen, Samantha, Casey, Delbert Jr., Mary, Brittany, Seirra, Lynnsy, Christoper, Brandon, Allie, Amber, Jenna; fourteen great grandchildren; siblings, Lewis Francis Scott Jr. of Florida, Mary Louise Hyronimus; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Richard Allen Scott Sr. of Alliance and great grandson, Oakley James Moore.

Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Cemetery on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 12 noon. Services will be conducted by Pastor Tammy Butcher.
